Shelly Cofini is a seasoned veteran in both Real Estate
Investments and Finance. During her tenure she has led many
successful enterprises to produce over $2 billion in closed real
estate transactions. She is high energy, and playful yet tenacious
in her search for the right investment or developing a winning
strategy for her clientele. Helping others and making a difference
in her community is top priority. When not working you will find her
running the Back Bay, competing locally in CrossFit, and
entertaining family and friends. Her “Southern” upbringing is
evident in both her faith and her work ethic.
Shelly’s guiding principle is “Once Committed the Universe
Conspires to Assist You”. She believes that the real value in her
work is helping people succeed; whether it is a business strategy,
a real estate diversification plan or giving an inspiring keynote her
intention and delight is to serve with great discipline.
With 30 years plus of business experience, Shelly considers herself a strategist, speaker and consultative sales
coach. She actively consults with REITs, investment funds, private equity groups, and asset managers by providing
acquisition and disposition strategies. With a focus on off market commercial properties in the Development,
Hospitality, Multifamily and Office Sectors. She is an in demand speaker, and coach.
A resident of Newport Beach, she has funded more than $4 billion over her real estate finance career. Shelly is a
National Speakers Association Member, conducting over 1,000 speaking engagements worldwide.
She has a B.S from California Polytechnic State University, in Organization Development, and the University of Santa
Monica, where she earned a Master of Arts, Spiritual Psychology degree. BRE licensed since 1988.
Shelly has a proven track record in successfully implementing turnaround strategies for in-transitions companies, both
large and small. Shelly loves working with Entrepreneurs, guiding them to see what is possible for themselves and their
business.
