SUMMARY
My experience in the accounting field has been mainly generated from dealing with
international audit firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and Giuseppe Spina &
Partners. Such dealing includes, without limit, issuing the audited financial statements of
several international business vehicles working in the Middle East through a network of
branches. I worked in this field for more than 15 years moving between different positions
until I was able to reach the position of the chief accountant of an international holding
company, leading a team of 14 accountants in 5 countries and reporting to a number of
boards of directors of different nationalities.

Challenger Limited was incorporated in Isle of Man since 1991. A land drilling and work-
over services provider owns and operates a fleet of 29 land rigs in different capacities.
Served many international operators including; AGOCO, AGIP/ENI, FINA, GMRA, IPLL,
LASMO, OMV, SIRTE, TOTAL, VEBA, VERENEX, WAHA, ZUWEITINA, TEIKOKU, TPOC and

general contracting company owns and operates a large fleet of construction
equipments and heavy machinery. Served many international clients including; VEBA,
TOTAL, VOLVO, Libyan Housing & Infrastructure Board (HIB).
Emaco Group Int’l. s.r.l. was incorporated and headquartered in Rome, Italy since 2008.
A general contracting company, specialized in large infrastructure projects, engaged by
HIB for the design and implementation of a full infrastructure project for 3 Libyan cities.
Libyans Emirates Holding Limited was incorporated in the Common Wealth of the
Bahamas since 2007. A real estate and tourism development company engaged by the
Libyan Economic & Social Development Fund (ESDF) for developing and implementing
mixed-use turnkey projects that occupies prime seafront land east of Tripoli city and
benefits from 2.5 kilometers of beachfront.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS
Managing many duties in the same time in several companies through;
 Supervising stations’ accountants & receiving daily detailed reports from the
network of branches.
 Reporting to the group’s CFO and CEO on the financial position of the group
and analysis of; revenues, expenses & OPEX, receivables & payables and
banks' reconciliations & credit position.
 Monthly closings for branches and subsidiaries.
 Involved with material department in costing & Inventory control.
 Issuing all types of commercial letter of credits and bank guaranties.
 Implementing & periodically updating chart of accounts, cost centers and
documentary cycles to meet work requirements.
 Involved with Budget & Planning department in allocating resources for
different projects through updated statements of cash flows as well as
following up with different departments (operation, purchasing, personnel,
travelling ...etc) for providing the necessary liquidity.
 Issuing quarter & annual consolidated financial statements, for the
branches, subsidiaries and the group company, audited by international
audit firms.
 Presentation skills for commercial needs.
 Through dealing with international law firms such as Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP,
Dechart LLP and others, I managed, in addition to my responsibilities as a
group chief accountant, to close some significant commercial deals with
many international companies and banks. My participation in such deals
includes taking part in originating contracts, sales & purchases agreements,
shareholders agreements, merger and split agreements as well as loans and
facilities agreements. The interpolation of all conditions precedent and
subsequent of such contracts, with international law firms, resulted into
good experience in legal matters.

 Finished my high school from Saint Fatima Language School - Heliopolis,
Cairo.
