auspices of the Principal Investigator (PI).
● Conducts subject recruitment to determine if they have the appropriate patient population.
Responsible for subject recruitment once the trial begins or establishing the research team

● Conducts patient care by coordinating and conducting patient care visits and assuring all
procedures are conducted in compliance with the protocol. Interact with the PI to assure

● Report all adverse events to the sponsor and all serious adverse events to the IRB and

CRF (case report form) and submit to the sponsor either electronically or paper format.
Complete IRB study close documentation and make any appropriate notifications to the
study subjects, research team, and pharmacies.
● Work with the sponsor’s clinical monitor in completing outstanding monitoring findings and
queries. Responsible for complying with the record retention policies of the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA), the ICH, and the clinical trial agreement.
