日本マイクロソフトとデベロッパーコミュニティを繋ぐ場として、本セッション
では、日本で活躍している技術コミュニティのご紹介と、実例を踏まえたコ
ミュニティの楽しみ方や参加のメリットをお伝えします。
また、昨今 COVID-19 の影響拡大によって、コミュニティの活動形態は、オ
フラインからオンラインに移行しつつあります。
オンラインコミュニティ実施における、ノウハウやTips 、成功事例や失敗談
などをご紹介します。

人々が共同体意識を持って共同生活を営む一定の地域，
およびその人々の集団。地域社会。共同体。
転じてインターネット上で共通の関心をもちメッセージのやりとりを行う人々の集まり。
アメリカの社会学者マッキーバー（R. M. MacIver）が定式化した社会類型の一。血縁・
地縁など自然的結合により共同生活を営む社会集団。 → アソシエーション

 では”技術者”のコミュニティって？
技術者における上記のコミュニティのことでは…?
共通の”関心軸” (≒共同体意識)を元にその技術に興味がある人、その技術をより知
りたい人、その技術の情報提供(開発のポイントや生々しい事例等)をしたい人、その他
大勢が企業の垣根を越えて集まるオンライン/オフライン含む場所や集団のこと。
