term annual savings based on the then current forecasts.
• Negotiation: Negotiated the timeline with the US based Textile Industry client to upgrade its system, ultimately increasing process
efficiency and reducing operating costs across 17 countries, resulting in unprecedented savings of $0.5M (4%).
• Leadership: Recommended viable solutions to the senior management of a Dutch Healthcare Industry client that enabled a
seamless and successful project release a day prior to the scheduled date, resulting in client awarding another 2 contracts worth
$230M. Received Spot Award from Deloitte management as an appreciation for project performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronized with assorted teams to leverage the existing planning optimization system of a US
based Manufacturing Industry Merger Project client. Raised target price for client’s shareholder value to $100/share, with $290M
of manufacturing footprint savings.
• Mentoring: Trained new recruits, conducted regular knowledge transfer sessions to enhance their understanding of project
requirement and monitored their progress. Reduced the training timelines by 2 weeks.

from professional development to community service. Organised charity rock band competition in 2010, which was first of its kind
and which later became an annual affair, welcoming a huge participation of 15 bands and a footfall of 1500 people.
