Rockford IT Limited delivers managed IT solutions and services to private and public sector
organisations. Our ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 9001
(Quality Management) certifications demonstrate our desire to operate our business at the highest
possible standards. We aim to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers,
many of which have been with us for over 5 years.

Our Background
Rockford IT Limited was founded by Tom Sykes
in 2001, as an IT support and consultancy business.
Since then, the company has grown from one
employee to more than 30 members of staff.
We opened our first data centre in 2008, added
another in 2011 and currently have three in operation in
Telford and Liverpool, with plans to build a fourth data
centre in the near future. We’re experts in IT security,
managed services, communications, data centre
hosting and disaster recovery solutions.
We specialise in working with SMEs and multi-site
organisations across the UK that have up to 500+
users. Our clients come from a range of industry
sectors including finance, legal, IT, hospitality,
healthcare, animal health, education, public
and charitable.
We chose Rockford IT after being recommended
to them by a mutual contact, and were
impressed by their professionalism and personal
touch. We have developed a special business
relationship which is based on trust and longevity
and they are always there for us when we need
them. Our hotel businesses’ successes are
based on the consistency of the IT systems we
have and without them working there would be
disastrous consequences. Rockford helps to
