team, setting the stage for in person interactions

4. Interactions with neuro diverse people
Host an interaction with our Special needs youngsters for your
team
One on one Interactions
Venue- Your office on weekdays
30 to 50 members
Program - 1.5 to 2 hours
Introduction of around 10 neurodiverse youngsters
Group ice breaker session
One on one interactions/ speed networking
Fireside chat with key people from the Mitra team and key
management persons from your company

5. The Art - Buddy workshop
Art based workshop over the weekend
Workshop led by an art coach
Number of persons- 20 to 30
Venue- cafe/ Mitra Art venues
Program
3 hour interaction
Get Paired with a neurodiverse youngster, and become an art
buddy
Paint together on canvas, watching the art coach leading the
session
Interact and learn about neurodiverse interactions over this fun
activity

6. Volunteering at our weekend events
Our Youth interactions run every weekend in
Bangalore
Assign 10 to 15 of your employees to join in each week
They bond over fun interactions with neuro diverse
youth, building empathy
Program- 2 to 3 hours on Saturdays
Zumba; Music; Art based; Sports; games
Or outings to Museums/ fun places in Bangalore

7. Inclusive weekend outings
Inclusive team outings with our neurodiverse kids and youngsters
Number of persons- 50 to 100
Venue- Farm / Resort / Trek -Outskirts of bangalore
Program- Full day

8. Inclusive Festival celebrations
Dusshera, Diwali or Christmas, are a great time to celebrate as an
inclusive community
Number of persons- 50 to 100
Venue- Outdoor event venues
Ideal time- September to December, few days before the festival dates.

9. Host a stage performance by special artists
Host a music and dance show by our very talented youngsters
Great way to showcase your ongoing CSR engagement when
you have clients/ management visiting

10. Mentorship program
Your employees can sign up to mentor youngsters with
Special needs
Online; or take up a group of students for a live
interaction.
8 week program, spending 1 hour each week.
Working with 16 to 20 year old Mentees
Work on job readiness, leadership skills, building self
confidence

11. Recruitment program
Recruit neurodiverse candidates and provide
internships
Engage with the Mitra for life HR team to get the ball
rolling
We will help you identify roles within your org in which
neurodiverse candidates can add value
Interview prospective candidates from our customised
shortlist for you.
Hire a neuro diverse candidate with Mitra's Peer
mentor, a trained mentor who will help smooth the
process of settling in the new hire and allow your
employees on ground to also adapt to them.
