 Trainee – Production Line (Upstream Department)
 Involved in a research project entitle Research of Chatter mark and Line Mark
involving Sanding Machine. Learn hands on skills with quality control, research and
development, management, packaging and laminating department.
 Industrial Training Program (24 June - 30 August 2013) at JURAVIC Engineering Sdn.

 Write up manual procedure for production line and machine assembly using Virtual
Universe Pro software and Solid Works skilled learnt through the studies.
 Do maintenance work for pneumatic and hydraulic training kits at MISDEC that
involves resetting the kits, check each component thoroughly before the kits can be
fully operated and used.
 Using Virtual Universe Pro software to simulate the production line layout involving
conveyor and machine.

 Involved in maintaining the stability of the line in terms of process or product

2014 Development of Conceptual Automatic Car Jack using Total Design
Approach
 Design a new concept of automated car jack by using design technique
from basic sketching to virtualize the design in 3D drawing by using Solid
Work software
2011 Sustainable Plug Holder
 Design and prototype a plug holder by applying the concept of Design for
Environment (DFE) that includes processing and manufacturing,
packaging, disposal and reuse of the product.

3. 2015 Kaizen at Venture
 Designing a placard system whereby production will be aware which
product model they will produce
 Introducing a replacement tote to place a final good product for rework
procedure without disturbing running production line
