16. Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS; YTHS in Finnish) uses video
consultation app MeeDoc alongside the traditional health services
• FHSH provides health services for around 135 000 university students
• 97% of the customers have been satisfied with the service
• 89% of doctors think that video consultations are effective
• 99% of nurses think that video consultations support patient care activities
• Approx. 70 % primary care patient cases can be assessed through video
consultation*
