Food safety and safety Manager
Lebanese company for modern food industry s.a.r.l.
- Perform internal audits.
- Monitor all food safety and safety issues (CCP, PRP, Calibration and
maintenance, Temperature, humidity, Pest control treatment ...) related, to
ISO 22000, for different production kinds: Canned food, pickles, grain and
Spices filling.
- Oversees the HACCP plan, including plan development and updating,
ingredient descriptions, hazard identification and analysis, and
reassessment. Ensure that the plants maintain compliance with the
program.
- Maintains current knowledge of HACCP, food safety and USDA
regulations.
- Prepare flows of workers and products for the production areas.
- Give Safety and personal Hygiene Trainings to the employees and
orientation for the new employees.

- Assist the QHSE manager in implementing the QMS and OHSMS in
Dubai area.
- Implement in Dubai area the API (American Petroleum Institute) system.

- Coordinate with all HSE MENA representatives and HSE Head offices in
USA, for all the HSE issues.
- Report the monthly and annually TRIR (total recordable incident rate)
value to: HSE global manager in USA, VP operation MENA zone, MENA
QHSE manager.
- Assist for the renewal of company licenses (OFC, industrial and trade)
from the HSE part of the company with the JAFZA (Jebel Ali free zone
authority), EHS department.
- Prepare the Emergency exit plans for all Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offices and

- Create HSE handbook for employees.

Duties involved:
1- Export plus program by IDAL
- Assisting the team leader in preparing planning activity of the team,
distribution of tasks, etc…
- Working with the team leader to perform internal control on the activity of
the team inspectors
- Evaluate with the team leader day to day technical performance of the
team members.
- Review the technical problems related to the inspection.
- Training and monitoring the new recruited inspectors
- Perform inspection on fresh fruit and vegetables destined for export and
issuing specific report regarding quantity and quality of the produces.

- Perform inspection for food product received by UNRWA as food aids from
European Community to the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and Syria.
3 - Government Contract Department (C.D.G)
- Perform pre-shipment inspection on the products destined to export in the
frame of a contract signed between BUREAU VERITAS and the importing
country and issuing specific report regarding quality and quantity of the
products.
4 – Project with the development and construction council
- Perform inspection to all the computer networks of the Lebanese official
schools, and report their status to the development and construction
council, and if they were conformed to the standards.
