3. We go to the people,
we live with them,
we love them,
we learn from them,
we start with what they have
and build on what they know.
When the task is accomplished and the work is done,
the people will all remark:
We have done it ourselves!
MISSION
We inspire Personal
Valuebased Leadership
5. We activate the CIRCLE OF CHANGE and implement THE RESPONSIBLE
INDIVIDUAL in South African communities. We care deeply!
We educate groups of Responsibility Coaches™ in chosen projects and
equip them to take part in establishing platforms of responsibility
within their own community. Each person involved will from there
build on an awareness that will inspire others to walk their path
responsibly. We believe in sustainability!
We join hands in partnerships and raise funds that will enable us to
run and sustain the existing projects and take on further projects,
making an even greater difference.

Youth
SmilingOne invest in the future!
The Youth is our future.
We have hand in hand with Nyanga Arts Development
Centre activated the CIRCLE OF CHANGE in
Nyanga/Guguletu. The Arts Centre is already offering
skills programme for the Youth. SmilingOne is
complimenting their initiative with THE RESPONSIBLE
INDIVIDUAL and encouraging Caring Programmes, to
be given/facilitated by the Youth to their community.
We make use of our ‘Re-integration Team’ to inspire
change and responsible living.
OBJECTIVE 2010/2011
We facilitate THE
RESPONSIBLE
INDIVIDUAL in a fun,
creative and simple way
that invites youth to
embrace change and
responsible living. We
will work with more
than 100 young people
and educate ~12 Youth
Community Builders.
We also expand to
DuNoon Township.
