4. Camera Work Interviews – Framed to left or right of screen and in a medium close-up, close-up or big close-up. POV shot is used of going into the betting shop. Hand-held camera is used to show actuality footage. Other camera work such as tracking, zooming, panning, tilting, low angle and high angle are used. This shows there is a great variety of shots used.
5. Mise-en-Scene Chromakey (green screen) is used as they filmed the interviews in front of the screen then sourced archive footage for the mise-en-scene relevant to what they’ve been talking about.
6. Editing A creative title sequence is used of a magazine cover. Lots of editing techniques are used such as; dissolve in/out, straightforward cutting, slow motion and superimposition. In the interviews, all questions are edited out. Archive Material is used such as music video’s, TV coverage of Grammy awards and Brit awards, magazine covers, still images, magazine articles, chart listings and talk shows.
7. Graphics The name of the series is always in the corner of the screen. Name and job title of interviewee (name is bigger than job title) this anchors the topic. The end credits scrolling across the screen.
