With a career spanning over 16 Years in Human Resource Management and Strategic
Advisory, Sohini has been associated with various multinational companies across the
country, in varied capacities. Apart from expertise in her core area of Employee Relations ,
she also holds an extensive knowledge in Training and Development , her forte being
Behavioural / Soft Skills Training and Leadership Development Program.
With acquiring a certification from the top Image Consulting Institute in India , The ‘Image
Consulting Business Institute’ (ICBI) she excels in the art and science of creating a first
impression. With a keen sense of Fashion enhanced by a classy personal Style and friendly
demeanour , she creates a perfect symbiosis when interacting with clients for various HR
related resolutions and Image Consulting services.

With Over 16 Years of experience with various MNCs, Ankit , as a co- founder of Magic
Pumpkin takes the responsibility of Training & Corporate Advisory. His expertise includes soft
skills training, Leadership & Manager Development programs , Outdoor Leadership Programs
,Task Trainings, Operational Skills enhancement. As a Corporate Advisor for clients, Ankit
