  7. 7. CONCLUSION  Most of the respondents dependent on their grandchildren For using their personal devices. Few didn’t possess the devices at all.  Senior citizens belonging to the upper class and upper middle class are more tech friendly than those who are poor.  Health services are accessed by very few via the internet .This also shows that the accessibility of government services made for old people that can accessed via the phone remains limited.  Some auto drivers did use Google maps and online payment system which tells us that progress has been made in the process of making the technology user friendly for old age people.  From the survey we can conclude that the old age people in India are not digitally included but they certainly on the verge of being digitally included By removing the barriers like improper knowledge and trust issues and takin measures for preventing cybercrimes, risk of misinformation tec
