Admin Services
• Provides administrative services to team
• Regularly follow up and record monthly report, work plan, vehicle check and sale activity
plan from staffs to Supervisor and Manager on 25th of each month by summary.

• Interview admin – support to set up interviews, including; communicating with candidates,
arranging suitable dates for interviews with candidates and the interview panel, developing a
question plan, providing interview packs for interviewers and letters of invitation to selected
candidates, Correspondence with candidates about the outcome of interviews.
• Interviews – arrange suitable interview under the direction of the lead manager select the
interview panel and arrange for their attendance at the interview.

to process payment via Bank transfer or my cash advance if it is little amount .
• Send verified staffs expenses (TER, Advance, petty cash) to cost approval and Thailand
Finance to process payment every month and notify the date of money transfer.
• Co-ordinate with Cambodia tax firmly i.e. KPMG Cambodia and Thailand Finance to submit
monthly and annual tax to local tax office/ Ministry of commerce via Bank transfer.
• Filling monthly tax form and original tax receipt at Cambodia rep office to process payment.
• Check invoices, obtain approvals and correct expense according to Pioneer Policies
Other Services
• Follow up and maintain internal administrative systems and controls (all processing that
involve to Famer meeting Corn tour or other as file) for CropI , CropII, and CropIII.
• Undertake other reasonable administrative and other tasks assigned by Pioneer Team required
as preparing Tyre Quotation and Speaker& Machine Quotation for arranging Famer Meeting or
Corn Tour
• Collect complaint from FTC and Agronomist; gathering data, record and analyst to all
management concern for further investigation and correction.
• Support all documents for seed registrations such as ask for filling form, submit the manager to

Ministry after getting approval that continue.
