Matricea, care este brevetata a ORDA, este folosita in programele de
    dezvoltare a managerilor operationali din retail sau distributie

                                        Matrice Distributie Articole - Clienti
                                    •     Matricea Distributie Articole–Clienti este un
                                         instrument inovativ foarte util in optimizarea
                                         activitatii unei companii de distributie sau retail si
                                         care are vanzari complexe (portofoliul largit de
                                         articole si/sau clienti)
                                    •     Cu ajutorul ei se pot identifica cele mai rapide si
                                         economice solutii de imbunatatire a rezultatelor
                                         operationale
                                    •     Aceasta matrice a fost testata in multe proiecte atat
                                         la companii de distributie cat si la cele de retail si
                                         sta la baza programelor de performare pentru:
                                            Directori de Achizitie
                                            Directori de vanzari
                                            Mangeri de Stocuri

Cum ajuta matricea directorii de achizitie sa performeze portofoliul de
furnizori si articole
   Strategia de gestionare a fiecarui furnizor va fi diferentiata
    functie de zona in care se pozitioneaza articolele lui:
     •   “Zona Verde” – parteneriate strategice
     •   “Zona Galbena” – actiuni comune de performare
     •   “Zona Rosie” – zona de decizii privind pastrare-performare
         sau eliminare
   Politica de preturi poate fi adaptata pietei deoarece tine cont atat
    de volumele de vanzari, cat si de numarul de clienti care
    cumpara articolele
   Actiunile de promovare pot fi focusate exclusiv in zonele de
    mare impact fie ca volum de vanzari, fie ca si target de clienti
    atinsi
   Poti fi identificate cu usurinta articolele care consuma mai multe
    resurse comparativ cu beneficiile generate

Matricea ajuta directorii de vanzari sa gestioneze eficient portofoliul
de clienti
   Atunci cand compania doreste sa isi creasca intr-un timp relativ
    scurt vanzarile, solutia propusa de noi este urmatoarea:
     •   Se identifica articolele din “Zona Verde”
     •   Se stabileste targetul de clienti catre care se face promovarea
     •   Se identifica articolele din “Zona Verde” care nu au fost
         achizitionate
   Atunci cand se doreste sa se mareasca marja intr-un timp relativ
    scurt, se poate proceda astfel:
     •   Se selecteaza cele mai profitabile articole din “Zona Galbena”
     •   Se selecteaza targetul de clienti
     •   Se stabilesc actiuni de promovare si monitorizare a rezultatelor
   Politica de discounturi poate fi gestionata mult mai eficient cu
    ajutorul matricei, deoarece sunt cunoscute cu exactitate
    articolele cu impact semnificativ in marja si, implicit, trebuie
    negociate cu acrivie

Cum ajuta matricea managerii de stocuri sa performeze portofoliul de
furnizori si articole
   Cu ajutorul “Matricei de Distributie Articole-Clienti” se pot
    stabili criteriile obiective dupa care un produs trebuie sa fie
    incadrat in:
     •   Stocabil – sunt cele din “Zona Verde” si partial din “Zona Galbena”
     •   Comanda Speciala – partial din “Zona Galbena” si partial cele din
         “Zona Rosie”
     •   Lichidare – partial cel din “Zona Rosie”
   Se pot stabili “Nivelurile de servicii” pentru fiecare articol,
    functie de importanta lui in vanzare, dar si ca impact la clienti
   Se pot identifica articolele la care “Nivelul de serviciu” poate fi
    mai scazut si nu au impact in vanzare si piata (cele din “Zona
    rosie”) si astfel se pot economisi resurse importante
   “Nivelurile de servicii” vor avea valori ridicate la articolele cu
    impact mare in vanzare si in piata (cele din “Zona Verde”) si
    astfel cu resurse mai putine vom avea o mai buna acoperire a
    stocului, ceea ce inseamna vanzari mai mari si clienti mai
    multumiti
