Southend on Sea Borough Council recently held its fourth annual low-carbon and sustainability conference, which was hosted by ‘Community Retrofit through Sustainable Technologies’ (‘CREST’).
The Conference aimed to bring together schools, community groups, local businesses and the public sector to observe and understand the transformational opportunities that exist through the implementation of energy efficiency programmes and the installation of renewable technologies.
