1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The “Job or Career Quiz Business Pack” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 26, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 27,
2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the
District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry (the “Entrant”). Entrants must
have Internet access as of February 26, 2014 to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Officers,
directors, managers and employees of Spherion Staffing, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its client(s), and each of
its respective parents subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion
agencies, including companies providing marketing and market research services to Sponsor or its
client(s), consultants and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children)
and household members of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production,
execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the
“Independent Administrator”), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, US
territories and possessions located outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and
wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as outlined below. Entrants may
enter the Sweepstakes via either; (a) the direct link quiz; or (b) the blog linkquiz. Regardless of the
method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address.
a. Direct Link Quiz: Visit www.boostyourwork.com or www.facebook.com/spherion.staffing (click on
the “Job or Career Quiz” tab) during the Sweepstakes Period and when prompted, complete the
quiz (the “Quiz”) in its entirety, by answering all the Quiz questions. Once the Quiz has been
completed, complete the official entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety to include, first name,
last name, email and phone. Then click the “Submit” button in order to receive one (1) entry into the
Sweepstakes. The entire Quiz and Entry Form must be completed in order to be eligible to receive
one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Although you can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sweepstakes application on the Facebook
Platform, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
with Facebook®. Any information provided is to Sponsor and not Facebook.
b. Blog Link Quiz: Visit www.boostyourwork.com via a participating blogger’s site (or access the quiz
on the blogger’s site) during the Sweepstakes Period and when prompted, complete the Quiz in its
entirety, by answering all the Quiz questions. Once the Quizhas been completed, complete the
Entry Form in its entirety to include, first name, last name, email and phone. Then click the “Submit”
button. Entrant will need to complete their entry by posting their response on the blogger’s site to
the last question on the Entry Form, “According to the quiz I….” with one of the following answers:
(a) have a job mindset, (b) am in transition, or (c) have a career mindset (the “Comment”) in order
to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The entire Quiz, Entry Form, and Comment must be
completed in order to be eligible to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different
email addresses, and /or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be
disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the entry
will be assigned to the authorized account holder (“Authorized Account Holder”) of the e-mail address
submitted at the time of entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an email address by the email provider who is responsible for assigning email addresses.
Entrants may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither the Sponsor, nor

2. Independent Administrator will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole
property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or
undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in
operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other
telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of
any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone
transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or
otherwise.
4. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about March 28, 2014, three (3) prize winners (each, a “Prize Winner”) will be
selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes
Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are
based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all
respects. Odds of being selected as a Prize Winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries
received during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. PRIZES: Three (3) Prize Winners will each receive the following: (a) an iPad Air® with case, and (b)
Spherion branded items (each a “Prize”). The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of each Prize is
$800.00. There are a total of three (3) Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The total ARV of all
Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $2,400.00.
Names of prize manufacturers are used solely for the purposes of identification of the prize. No
endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or approval from Apple® for this Sweepstakes is intended or
implied.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Prize per person/household for the Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot
be substituted, assigned, or transferred; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided
herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if
advertised Prize should become unavailable. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes. Prize
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize he/she has received, including but not limited to
any and all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. No more than the stated number of Prizes set forth
in these Official Rules will be awarded.
7. PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential Prize Winner will be notified by email. Except where prohibited,
potential Prize Winner must sign and return, within the time frame indicated in the notification email, an
Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, and an IRS W-9 Form (the “Paperwork”) in order to claim
the Prize. If the potential Prize Winner is unable to provide the Paperwork within the time and date
indicated, then that Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Prize and an alternate Prize Winner will be
selected from the remaining eligible entries.
In the event the potential Prize Winner fails to return the Paperwork by the date indicated in the email
notification, or if potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the
Official Rules, then the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be
selected from the remaining eligible entries. If the email notification is returned as undeliverable, this will
result in disqualification and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.
Potential Prize Winner consents to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, quiz answers,
and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to
sign a Release as a condition of winning a Prize). The value associated with the Prize may be taxable as
income and the Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable
federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize. The Sponsor must
report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Prize is received by the Prize
Winner and will be reported to the Prize Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form
1099.

3. 8. GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules
and all decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator. This Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited. Sponsor and Independent
Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the administration of the
Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each Entrant grants Sponsor the unrestricted
right, without additional approval or consideration, to use the Entrant’s name, likeness(es) and quiz
answers submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, and pictures or likenesses of Entrant for any
purpose, or choose not to do so, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, Entrant agrees to be bound
by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Independent Administrator and waive any
right to challenge the decision of the Sweepstakes Administrator regarding any claim of ambiguity in the
Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, whose decision shall be binding.Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant
from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said
Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking,
deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or
intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by
reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other
causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion
to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received
up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S
FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION.
9. NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the
Sponsor, Facebook®, Apple ®, Independent Administrator and each of their respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by Prize Winners, Entrants, or
any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims,
damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of
any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of
any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
10. WINNER’S LIST/RULES REQUEST: For the name of the Prize Winners, submit a self-addressed,
stamped envelope for receipt by April 30, 2014 to “Job or Career Business Pack”, PO Box 10505,
Rochester, NY 14610. A copy of these Official Rules may be obtained at www.boostyourwork.com during
the Sweepstakes Period.
