Spider Social Media was born from a need to get to grips with Social Media Marketing as a small
business entity, the tenacity of an IT professional based in the UK and the aims of a South African
Company to develop a commercially sustainable organisation that could act as an employment
incubator for new graduates.
Social Media is one of fastest growing online marketing channels and represents a huge opportunity
for businesses of all sizes.

5. The Spider Social Media Process

month goals.
