THOR application is:
Web based application that collects “by title” financial transactions from the WBPI territories worldwide from
both affiliates and licensees,
The data collected consists of revenue, print expenses, ad/pub expenses and overhead expenses .
Orders can be submitted by the Licensee by using the CORRS Shopping Cart, and also by calling Film
bank employees
All submitted orders are received, reviewed and approved by the Filmbank employees. For each approved
orders, Film bank notifies the lab for creating the media, which then gets shipped to the Licensee.

providing an automated solution to institute, execute, approve and assess internal controls, which
is necessary to demonstrate procedure/policy compliance and financial accountability, as well as
protecting the organization’s operational and business interests. It creates compliance visibility and
provides a tool to assist organizations in assessing risk of non-compliance as a pre - emptive
approach.

Title : CER (Capital Expenditure request)
Client : Pacific Care. California, US.
Duration : Sep 2005- Jun 2006

Description : CER is a automated tool for raising the expenditure request while purchasing the machinery to
organization, this request was handled dynamically with various approval process, each process
will have to approve by different people.
Each request for any organization will maintain up to five levels of the risks. The level of approval process
is maintained by an alert mail and also by colour coding.
The stages of the approval process can be defined dynamically by the admin.
Once the request completes all the process an alert with full budget details will sent to the initiator in an
report format by an email.
All types of Budget calculations can made using the tool, some of the pre defined formulas exists to
calculate the rules.
