becoming a CTO / CIO ?

in a specific vertical ?

become a practice head?

“If you keep one eye on attaining the goal, you only have one
eye left to be on the path”
16. Wander in the Expansiveness of
your Extraordinary Experiences
Be the Best
Version of Yourself
Focus on getting exposure
and experiences
Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow.
It is your journey. You can seek inputs, but you need to figure out by yourself.
17. “If the doors of perception were cleansed,
everything would appear to man as it is -
infinite.”
William Blake
18. Stress under Time
Pressures and
Tight Schedules
Fearful of Future
Outcomes
Amplified
Frustrating
Emotions
Conflict about
upcoming choices
Discomfort with
being overly
constrained
Desire for present
situation to be
different
Feeling trapped
or boxed in
Lack of control about
an unfolding situation
Seeming
unfairness of life
Wanting to project into the future
or ruminate about the past
19. What happens ?
Amount of un-resolved emotions piles up
Concoction of emotions stored and fed
Invites high-contrast experiences into your life
The mind turns into a Massive Productivity Killing Engine
Frequent thought patterns buzzing and chattering
20. So how to overcome these repetitive thought patterns ?
1. Become aware of your top tunes
2. Write these thoughts on a piece of paper – Frees mental energy
3. Notice the predominant emotion against each tune – Anger, Fear, Frustration, Sadness etc..
4. Imagine the worst case scenario
5. Consciously play back the emotion and LET GO - Intensity reduces
6. Repeat till the unresolved emotion goes away
7. Thoughts diminish and get dissolved...
I used to perform “Core Dump Timeouts” when Intensity used to hit UCL limits
21. Another source of un-resolved emotions

from them?
What expectations do they have
from you?

injuries to them ?
23. Mentation

entering your mind

New Story
Self Created
Suffering
Inconsiderate , Unfair
“Always” “Never”
Labeling engine
What did I do ?
Why ?
Mind wants you to feel “Right” all the time
Replays -> Retells to someone close -> Seeks Sympathy & Assurance->
Establishes Victim Identity
24. What am I supposed to learn from this
event ?
If I were a witness what would I have
seen ?
Take Responsibility for
your end of things
&
Move On
Idea is not to find precise answers ,
But to release the discomfort inside that makes us small
Release the Victim identify as early as you can
Still be passionate about a cause and actively engage
