This document discusses how digital media can be used to develop skills for youth in India to improve employability and entrepreneurship. It notes that emerging digital classrooms and technologies like social media are fundamentally changing knowledge but also presents constraints like heterogeneity, the need for more than just lectures, and a lack of hands-on experience. It argues that open online courses through digital means could help address a lack of teachers, but that student inclination to learn also matters for the success of these programs.
