Once you have a StadiumRoar website, the next step is to make sure your site is
known by your program’s participants and others you may want to attract to your
program in the future.
First, email all participants in your program (parents, coaches, athletes, etc) with
your new website URL ‐ www.stadiumroar.com/ YOURORGANIZATIONNAME. In
the body of the email, let them know that they should visit this URL for program
information and updates.

Make sure your participants know they simply need to type your site URL into
their web browser to visit the site. Also, remind them to add your site URL to
their “bookmarks” or “favorites” so they can get to your site at any time in the

Finally, email the heads of any organizations your program is a part of (town rec
departments, schools, leagues, associations, etc). Request that the organization
director mention your new site in an email to all organization participants.
3. #2 ‐ Post a Link
Try to have the link to your website posted on other websites that are related to
your sports program. For example, high school coaches should tell their athletic
directors to post a link on the school website, and tournament organizers
should tell their association directors to post a link on the association s regional

To get your link posted on the websites of other organizations, you should simply
email the heads of the organizations, and say something along the lines of, “Hey,
