2.0 Organizational Structure
Lenovo itself is using the organizational method of a centralized structure , the
basic leadership control is gathered in the best layer of the administration and tight
control is practiced over offices and divisions. It became highly conservative after the
acquisition of IBM’s PC system . In a decentralized structure, the basic leadership
control is circulated and the offices and divisions have fluctuating level of
self-governance. In a decentralized structure, the decision making power is distributed
and the departments and divisions have varying degree of autonomy. (Reddy, 2014)

According to the figure there is 5 types of strategies used by Lenovo to
achieve their business , like the name mention is the pillar of holdings for their

2.1 Compensation and benefits
Plan for development and gainfulness is already a way the Lenovo Corporation
commit for their of compensation and benefits . Confronting troublesome
difficulties with definitive, powerful activities allows them to built a better
innovative measures and products for markets .Remodeling , rebuilding and cost
administration is also the plans they tend to achieve by minimizing the costs to the
lowest and gaining the profit back in a matter of short periods with a more
strategized manner . (Wong, 2009) Newer hierarchical structure bolsters
methodology execution itself will enhance their extended measures to a new
higher levels . Vital needss for the public and the group is by growing
initiative in China for example return business to gainfulness with that it can show
they are not just a simple minded China company . Next a rapid development and
offer gain in rising and worldwide value-based markets so that this be their new
perspective toward a new spectrum of the market worldwide . Drive client centered
advancement is also needed as it shows just how passionate and considerate you are
towards a customer after their purchase and the way it is being served . Not only
that with better speed in the core of interest , proficiency and speed should
be needed for them for example if there is a faulty , they should immediately
attend the customer with utmost politeness and serves them unwillingly till the
problems are solved .
2.2 Internal factor
Internal factors of the Lenovo are stated below . Capacity to pay means prosperous
or enormous organizations can pay higher remuneration when contrasted with the
contending firms though the littler organizations can bear to keep up their
compensation scale up to the level of contending firm or once in a while even beneath
the business models. A success business methodology is by utilizing association's
system likewise impacts the representative remuneration. In the event that the
organization needs the talented laborers, to surpass the contender, will offer more pay
when contrasted with the others.Whereas, if the organization needs to go smooth and
is making do with the accessible specialists, will give generally less pay or equal to
what others are paying. (Business, 2016)
2.3 External factor
On the other hand , the external factors are cost of living index also influences the
employee compensation, in a way, that with the increase or fall in the general price
level and the consumer price index, the wage or salary is to be varied accordingly.
Secondly , the labor Unions actually influence the compensation plan of the company.
The labor unions are generally formed in the case, where the demand is more, and the
labor supply is less or are involved in the dangerous work and, therefore, demands
more money for endangering their lives.The non-unionized companies or factories
enjoy more freedom with respect to the fixation of the compensation plan. (Business,
