2013: Startup Manifesto launched by the Leaders club and VP Neelie Kroes. > 8000 online

2014: The movement gained momentum with national manifestos:
2015: The written manifestos have been taken up by some governments to change the National
legislation (Belgium for example) and thus they will have a positive impact upon the local
entrepreneurial scene.
2016: In the future we have to ensure that the actions are implemented, reassessed and modified
