A scientific approach to marketing
Identify the roadblock
Identify where the roadblock is happening. For example, do you have a low
number of website visits or conversions?
Come up with a solution
Identify what is causing the issue and come up with a SMART solution: Specific,
Measurable, Atteinable, Relevant, Time-bound.
Analyse the results
Set up KPIs and run a weekly/monthly/quarterly report. Are the new tactics
elimintating the roadblock? If not, are the tactics not well executed or is the entire
strategy based on wrong assumptions? Review both.
