• Led 40-member team for the design, engineering, project controls, and document controls team for
upstream well site facility while and tying into an existing well site facility.
• Pad expansion to accommodate the new facility
• Upgraded power transmission lines and transformers to accommodate 13.8KVA
• Managed change control with the client’s elimination of a primary module which was 60% complete on
civil/structural and 45% complete in electrical/instrumentation.

• Coordinated the construction management of the Chayvo well site expansion. Team consisted of 220
foreign national craft with 8 expat and foreign national staff plus 2 fabrication contractors.
• Reduced construction time by 37 days. This was accomplished by streamlining the work flow process
efficient contractor coordination between disciplines.
3. • Synchronized with the client’s operations division to reduce injection gas pressure to fabricate and
install a 24-inch hot tap.
• Designed temporary flow lines and foundations for production of 2 newly drilled wells. Increased
production 2,800bpd and brought in revenue of $8.4M per month.
• Designed additional temporary foundations and flow lines two additional wells. Increased production to
5,000bpd and total revenue $15M per month
• Coordinated the construction management of two gas metering stations. Team consisted of 50 foreign
national craft and 7 foreign national staff 1 expat.
• Assumed management of the first meter station which was behind schedule and over budget.
• Hired a new Civil and Structural contractors and released previous contractors re-planned and re-
scheduled the Civil, Structural and piping contractor. Resulted in bringing the project in on schedule and
just over budget.
• Coordinated the construction management of the Piltun Bay Pipeline reburial. Team consisted of 35
Russian foreign nationals, 5 Netherland foreign nationals and 5 foreign national staff 1 US expat.
• Coordinated the building of the excavation barge.
• Coordinated the dredging operation for the pipeline reburial.
• Reviewed all survey data to ensure proper depth was achieved for pipeline reburial.
• Monitored the fabrication of the ballast bags for placement.
• Safety was and is number 1.

• Coordinated the construction, installation and management of the 16-inch pipeline and civil remediation
of the pipeline after construction of the Odoptu pipeline. Team consisted of 430 foreign national craft
and 18 direct management, 9 expats and 9 foreign national staff.
• Coordinated and managed the fabrication and installation of 16” pipeline and the pipeline remediation.
• Coordinated the installation of 68km of fiber optic communications cable.
• Fabricated and buried 10 km of 16” concrete coated pipe across Piltun Bay.
• Coordinated a 10 km ice road across Piltun Bay (2 years)
• Coordinated crossing 5 major streams with pipeline and fiber optics cable.
• Coordinated the install of 8, block valves and communications systems for remote control of actuation
and opening.
• Managed and coordinated the construction of the Odoptu upstream production facility. Team consisted
of 320 foreign nationals, Russian, Philippine and Irish, 9 US expat staff and 9 Russian foreign national
staff.
• Coordinated and managed the installation of power generation plant with 2 Frame 5 turbines and 2 each

• Managed the design and engineering of the Vankor infield pipelines and 27 well pads. Pipelines
consisted of 16”, 24” and 48”. Well pads consisted of production, water and gas injection, potable water

• Coordinated training of our Russian engineering team in Krasnodar Russia with excellent results.
• Project was on schedule and just under budget at closure.
• Project was placed on hold due to lack of payment from the Russian Government.

Director Fiber Optic Transport Backbone,
• Initial deployment was for 30 days to write a white paper to correct a spanning tree issue on the fiber
optic network which took down the country communications.
• Second deployment was for 2 years to implement the corrections identified on the spanning tree and
upgrade the fiber optic backbone system for the country.
• Managed 25 Supervisors over 63 Engineers and 20 sites
• Managed the correction of the spanning tree issue for satisfactory results.
• Managed and coordinated the upgrade of the fiber optic backbone system utilizing Nortel equipment.
• Managed and performed the regression testing in Milan Italy of the Ciena equipment.
• Recommended the utilization of the Nortel equipment over the Ciena equipment for a cost savings of
$350M
• Recommended a BLSR for Nortel vs UPSR for Ciena. BLSR provides a fall back system for 100% up
time and if the fiber is cut self restores within 50ms. Ciena equipment would isolate anything
downstream of the fiber break.
• Cost savings of $350M and an enhanced robust system.
