I am a self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills combined with the
discipline to work extremely well on my own if required.
Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, I am able to

I am an outgoing, hardworking individual who enjoys challenges. I am extremely

Hobbies and Interests
Most of my spare time is spent doing various activities with my wife and three children;
including martial arts, swimming and outdoor activities.
I have a keen interest in maintaining a high level of physical fitness; to this end I am a
regular gym user. I also run and swim on a regular basis.
I also enjoy organizing and participating in fund raising events; I have also organised
and participated in a Cotswold Way walk and the National Three Peaks Challenge (the
ascent of Ben Nevis, Scaffel Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours).
More recently, I completed the 100K London to Brighton Challenge
I also have a keen interest in current affairs, in particular matters relating to defence
and security.
