VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE 1991 -
2015
Reporting to the President, responsible for providing leadership and management of company financial planning,
debt financing, and budget management functions, ensuring company accounting procedures conform to
standardized accounting principles. Provided facilitation and planning for strategic planning processes in a team
environment. Created custom performance scorecards and incentive plans, aligning with the overall corporate
direction. Effectively managed related departments and advisory functions in accounting, auditing, human
resources, tax, and legal services. Served as the Company spokesperson in various different capacities, including
positions as: media contact, industry association representative, National Boards representative, sub-committees
member and several external Board of Directors positions.
Accomplishments
 Developed, prepared and presented strategic plans to the CEO and Board of Directors for approval.
 Collaborated with the senior management team to develop operational budgets and justifiable capital
expenditure plans, meeting the Company’s financial and tax strategy.

continuously implementing new operating methods when beneficial and executing a large scale resource planning
system (MRP) as a full company solution. Worked closely with the accounting team to prepare regular and timely
financial reports, subsequently communicating these results to the management team.
