4. Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
Purpose-Built Student Accommodation otherwise known as PBSA are purpose built
living facilities catered to students studying at university.
PBSA’s were originally owned by the universities themselves, however, now private
developers have penetrated the sector, providing a rare opportunity for investors to
get into the market.

5. The number of students studying in the UK has increased year on
year due to universities removing the intake cap, allowing more
