Accomplishment :-
During working as a franchisor & franchisee in a Cosway franchise retail outlet cum network
marketing from year 2010 ~ 2014 and during this period has helped business partners duplicated
Cosway outlets within Malaysia & China.
Recruitment Methodology :-
1. Recruit 20 peoples in 30 days (The 80% - 20% Rule)
• Name list at least 300+ peoples
• Calls at least 150+ peoples
• Confirmed appointment will be at 80% to 90% (i.e 125 peoples)
• Confirmed presentation will be at 80% (i.e. 100 peoples)
• Confirmed signed up will be at 20% (i.e. 20 peoples)

Accomplishment :-
While I was working as a General Manager cum Operation Manager during my employment in a
public listed company involving in manufacturing of plastic components and assembly products for
security seal, has undertaken sales & marketing, product development, plastic injection moulding
technical support, quality assurance, purchasing, logistics and production planning.
During my employment with this public listed company I have been assigned to work in other
countries i.e. Thailand & China.
During I was assigned to work in China as an Operation Manager my task was to improve the
company’s productivity and profitability. My principle was always to build the people first and
then the people will automatically improve themselves in their workplace and co-operate with each
other to achieve higher productivity & profitability for the company as their KPI.
With my 20 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, I was able to effectively
implemented 6S practice into their mind and soul to improve their workplace by making their job
easier and safer. The methodology was to control the work conditions rather than the worker’s
behaviour hence to achieve higher productivity through daily 6S activities.
As a result, within 6 months the company was making profit just by planning an effective 6S
implementation into their workplace. Subsequently, I had helped the company to achieve ISO
9001 Certification in the following year.
My relevant experience and accomplishments are as below:

• Successfully established and implemented ISO programs for companies in Malaysia
and China.
• Counseled employees on defining career and work related goals and objectives.
• Written and implemented moulding introduction course manuals i.e. plastics injection
moulding.
• Written and implemented putting 6S approach for higher productivity.

Management Personnel
• Trained, supervised and evaluated staff for improvement in their management skills.
• Resulted in multilateral staff achievement of work objectives.

The hands on experience enable me to realize that I have an aptitude to possesses strong

from Board of Directors to shop floor workers.
