19. Case Study 1: Brand identity and social media Travel cakes
Objective: When Travel cakes decided to start providing alternative travel solutions to
Northeast India, they needed to create a brand identity and increase brand
awareness on the social media platform which is a reflection of the concept of
Alternative Tourism. It was critical to leave a deep impression in the minds of the
niche target audience.
Solution: We created the identity with an empty road in the midst of huge mountains,
using the tree and the road to depict T and C of the word Travel Cakes. It was an
apt representation of the concept of Alternative Tourism. We also indulged into
active engagement on social networks such as facebook, twitter, pinterest and
tumblr via the use of tailored content, conversations, informative blogs etc. The
core idea was to promote different aspects of the region such as culture, tradition,

Objective: Kart and Kriss is a fashion label from the house of Vintage
Clothing Works. They wanted to increase their brand awareness and

with the existing and potential Target Audience. We tailored engaging
content and introduced fun-filled contests to create substantial buzz
