12. Recommendations:
• Check if the batches are in ISO extension;
• Check duplicate in LILACS – some batches were already
published;
• Fill the data field “Observations” with – Journals’
abbreviated title, volume, issue and year of publication or
the title of the books, theses and non-conventional docs.;
• Check if the batches is already sent by Submission in
“Observations” data field;
• Check if the record is fully described: ej.
URL, descriptors, authors’ affiliation;
• Send batches with entire issues or minimum of 10 records.
Do NOT send batches with only 1 record.
