• BJP in centre: No one should neglect the presence of BJP
in centre , this will be a favourable condition for the party in
MCD election. All seated MPs from the state will actively
participate to change the history and get to get the victory.
• AAP : In 2012 Aam Aadmi Party was not in picture. Since
most of MLA seats have been won by AAP and their MLAs are
connected with voters at ground level. It may be a turning
point for MCD election 2017.

• Micro Level management of AAP :Aam Admi Party has
very good team at Muhalla level and it is key for their success
and threat for competitors.
• Ostracism of Indian National Congress : One of the
crucial and sparking reason that make mcd election 2017
more challenging is the decline graph of INC in last two and
half years. There was a time when one can get advantage for
being INC candidate in 2012 election ,now it may be curse and
one has to put extra efforts to win under INC banner.

• Patriotism plaintiff Of BJP : After 2014 BJP tried to make
several attempts for their patriotic image. Somehow they
have spread a message in society that BJP is the only patriotic
party who care about Nation and Hinduism. This so called
image will dent a few percentage of vote shares from other
parties specially INC.
• Surgical Strike & Notebandi: Both the events made an
environmental change and one individual has to play very well
before using or misusing the same.

• Anti incumbency factor: In most of the cases it allows
the voters to register their discontent with sitting councillors,
particularly when protesting against certain actions taken by
the elected officials in question .
• Delimitation: Changes in composition of ward may impact
the equation of candidate and party for the upcoming mcd
election 2017.

know and influence the voters mood.

• First 5 Days- Ward research with candidate and point out the
strengthening and weaken area layout for different plan of
action.
• Chalk out weekly plan for activities .
• Weekly review and back to board discussion.
• Metro station campaigning (near by ward).
• Manifesto/speech/slogan/social media management.
• Strategic approach to share the achievements during current
tenure .
• Competitors strategy observation and proactive steps to
neutralize them.
• Gross root analysis, letter to all voters, door tag…etc.
Action Steps Ward Research & Survey
To understand ward well there will be research and survey for the
ward in the first week after the contract to know the strength and
weakness of candidate and demographic distinction.
We will conduct two on ground survey in the particular ward with the
sample size of 1500-2000 voters.
 First survey/area research will be done in the beginning of contract
to understand the ward well, it will help us for the formulation of
strategy for the particular ward.
 Second on ground survey will be done post 45 days of the contract
to know the mood of voters and impact of branding/marketing
activities. After second survey one can take proactive action for
next 15-20 days.
Action Steps Manifesto
• Though most of the party decide their manifesto for
the state/ municipal level but we help to make it for
local level. As a political consultancy firm we advise
to put local/ward issues in the manifesto, it may
helps to enhance the attention.
Action Steps Team Management & their Motivation
• This is one of the core issue that has to managed well
for the victory. We are expertise in team
management and their time to time management.
For the 60 days of campaigning we will take care of
team motivation through reward and recognition
programme.
Action Steps Candidate Brand Building
• Apart from party image we will make visible brand
for candidate in their ward. It has been noticed that a
few time party image may dent the vote percentage
so we will proactively take care of the individual
brand to maximise the vote percentage.

• Through in & out advertising we will try to cater all
the entry, exit and approach road with visual
merchandise to lure voters in our favour. For the last
quarter it helps for distinction with competitors.

• This is one of the key factor for the victory of
candidate . Under this segment we keep our eyes
open on competitors and proactive action will be
taken to neutralize the impact .
Action Steps Weekly Review with our core team
• Back to board activity will be done on weekly basis
and point to point review will be done in presence of
our core team. This will make a positive synergy .
Routine review helps to know the exact status of our
ground activities and it gives new ways to approach
the voters.

part of ward to give our message promptly.
