Careers through Culinary Arts Program
(C-CAP) works with public schools

college and career opportunities in the
restaurant and hospitality industry.
3. Who did you serve?
Our team served high school students
attending the Cancer Treatment
Centers of America (CTCA) Healthy
Cooking Principles training on October
19, 2013.
4. What did you accomplish?
We ensured that the students met and
learned from Chef Caputo and the
CTCA registered dietician, and
encouraged them to take advantage of
the opportunity to taste different
healthy foods and to learn how to
prepare them at home.
6. What is your team’s plan for an
ongoing relationship with the
charity?
Levinson Associates will continue to
support C-CAP as it offers positive lifechanging support to students with the
passion for the culinary industry and
have talent for a successful career in
the industry.
7. How would your charity benefit
from receiving a portion of the
prize money?
C-CAP would benefit by providing
additional scholarships to the most
highly qualified underserved students
who lack financial resources get further
culinary education.
8. How would your charity benefit from
receiving a portion of the prize
money?
Students would be less likely to drop out
of school, and and would be more likely
to take advantage of life-skill
opportunities in the culinary industry: in
restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nutrition, bi
o-medical field or related careers. Your
support will also get them established as
productive members of our communities.
