Creating a Holiday Campaign
in e-Marketing.
By Nancy Bain, Supernova Media
Login to CBExchange and click e-Marketing
in the Springboard. If your contacts are
already in eMarketing, skip to slide 9.
Exporting your contacts from Gmail.
 From your Gmail account, click Gmail -> Contacts.
 Click More >.
 Click Export.
 Select the contact group you wish to export.
 Select the export format Outlook CSV format (for
importing into Outlook or another application).
 Click Export.
 When prompted, click Save as, and browse to a location
to save the file.
To import your contacts to
eMarketing:
Click “Contacts”in navigation, then: “Import Contacts”.
Name your group of new contacts
and click “Next”.
Upload a CSV file or integrate Gmail
or Outlook with eMarketing
Granting Gmail permissions to
eMarketing.
Click: “Allow”
Review and Confirm import in
eMarketing
You will be redirected back to eMarketing, click
“Next”.
On the eMarketing home screen click
“Campaigns”.
Scroll down to Available Campaigns
and click 2019 Canadian Holiday
You will get the following pop-up.
Click “Select Campaign”.
Add contacts to your campaign.
Click “Manage Contacts”
Choose your newly imported or
existing group.
Click on the small Contacts icon, locate your
group, select it and click Save.

This tutorial assumes your profile is
created in eMarketing.
Editing your Holiday Campaign. Open each
“Touch” by clicking it.
Select “Edit Project”.
Changing a photo: Click the trash to delete current photo.
Click add photos to add your preferred photo, then save
and continue.
Update or change the current text.
Click save and continue.
Confirm/edit your Agent info, click
Save and Continue.
Continue this process with every
Touch in the Holiday Campaign.
You have just completed your first Holiday
Campaign.

Creating a Holiday Campaign in eMarketing Coldwell Banker

  • 1. Creating a Holiday Campaign in e-Marketing. By Nancy Bain, Supernova Media
  • 2. Login to CBExchange and click e-Marketing in the Springboard. If your contacts are already in eMarketing, skip to slide 9.
  • 3. Exporting your contacts from Gmail.  From your Gmail account, click Gmail -> Contacts.  Click More >.  Click Export.  Select the contact group you wish to export.  Select the export format Outlook CSV format (for importing into Outlook or another application).  Click Export.  When prompted, click Save as, and browse to a location to save the file.
  • 4. To import your contacts to eMarketing: Click “Contacts”in navigation, then: “Import Contacts”.
  • 5. Name your group of new contacts and click “Next”.
  • 6. Upload a CSV file or integrate Gmail or Outlook with eMarketing
  • 7. Granting Gmail permissions to eMarketing. Click: “Allow”
  • 8. Review and Confirm import in eMarketing You will be redirected back to eMarketing, click “Next”.
  • 9. On the eMarketing home screen click “Campaigns”.
  • 10. Scroll down to Available Campaigns and click 2019 Canadian Holiday
  • 11. You will get the following pop-up. Click “Select Campaign”.
  • 12. Add contacts to your campaign. Click “Manage Contacts”
  • 13. Choose your newly imported or existing group. Click on the small Contacts icon, locate your group, select it and click Save. January 2019
  • 14. This tutorial assumes your profile is created in eMarketing. Editing your Holiday Campaign. Open each “Touch” by clicking it.
  • 16. Changing a photo: Click the trash to delete current photo. Click add photos to add your preferred photo, then save and continue.
  • 17. Update or change the current text. Click save and continue.
  • 18. Confirm/edit your Agent info, click Save and Continue.
  • 19. Continue this process with every Touch in the Holiday Campaign. You have just completed your first Holiday Campaign.
