1. If you have a 3G/HSUPA/HSDPA/EDGE data card, USB modem or mobile phone but are
restricted to use only SIM cards from one network, then don't worry. I am going to share a tiny
software and step by step guide with you which will allow you to unlock your device easily.
Afterwards, you can use SIM cards from any network. Please keep in mind that to do so is an
unethical action, but if you are not feeling ease with the service, than you can do this trick to use
any network with your data card, USB modem or mobile phone. Follow the instructions below
according to your device to unlock it by your own.
Unlock ZTE 3G Data Cards
To unlock ZTE 3G data cards, follow the simple steps below:
 Plug in your data card/modem in the concerned port and install all necessary drivers and
other software
 Make sure that the default network's SIM is working in it
 Now download the unlocking software and unzip it
 Unplug your device from the computer, remove the default network's SIM and put in the
concerned network's SIM which you are going to use with data card
 Plug in your device again. If the default program launches itself, exit it
 Now run dccrap.exe which you have downloaded and unzipped
 Select ZTE datacards from the "Select manufacturer" menu

2.  Select "Auto detect" in model field and hit Search icon as shown in the screenshot below
 Once your device is searched and listed, click on Unlocking tab and then click on
Unlock

3.  Wait till the software unlocks your modem and displays the "Unlocked successfully"
message
 Restart your computer and launch the modem software
 Change the Internet configuration settings according to the new network
 You are all done! Enjoy...
Unlock Huawei Modems and Phones
The procedure is same for unlocking Huawei modems and phones as mentioned above. If you
face any difficulty while performing the below steps, kindly have a look on the screenshots
above.
 Install the necessary drivers for your device
 Launch the unlocking software (download it at the bottom of this post, unzip it and run
dccrap.exe)
 Select Huawei datacards (for USB modems) or Huawei phones (for mobile phones) as
manufacturer according to your product
 Plug in your device. In case of phones, make it sure that the phone is turned on while you
are connecting it to the PC through USB data cable
 Select "Auto detect" from the model field and hit search icon
 Wait till the software detects your device
 Click on "Unlocking tab" and then click on "Unlock" button
 The software will unlock your device within a few seconds
 Restart your computer and launch the modem software
 Change the Internet configuration settings according to the new network
 Get connected and enjoy!
Unlock Maxon Modem
To unlock Maxon modem, follow the steps below:
 Exit Maxon software
 Remove Maxon default SIM from the modem and insert the concerned SIM of any other
network which you are going to unlock
 Run the DC Unlocker (download it at the bottom of this post, unzip it and run dccrap.exe)
 Select Maxon as manufacturer, set "Auto detect" in the model field and hit search icon
 Wait till your device is detected and listed
 Hit "Unlocking" tab and then click "Unlock"
 Wait till your device is unlocked
Unlock ONDA Modem
 Exit the default software
 Download the DC Unlocking software and unzip it
 Insert the invalid SIM into the modem and connect it with your PC. Make sure that the
PIN request is disabled

4.  Launch the unlocking software (run dccrap.exe from the unzipped files) and select
ONDA as manufacturer (see the above screenshots if you face any difficulty)
 Set "Auto detect" in "Model" field and hit search icon
 Once your device is detected and listed, click on "Unlocking" tab and then click on
"Unlock"
 Wait till your device is unlocked
Unlock Skype AMOI Phones
 Install the necessary connectivity drivers for your phone
 Insert the invalid SIM in the phone, turn it on and connect it to your computer
 Wait till your phone is detected
 Now launch the DC Unlocker (download it from the bottom of this post, unzip it and run
dccrap.exe)
 Select Skype Phone AMOI as manufacturer
 In model field, select "Auto detect" and then hit the search icon
 Wait till your phone is detected
 Once your phone is detected, click on "Unlocking" tab and then click on "Unlock" to
unlock it
 Wait till the software unlocks your phone. Enjoy!
Unlock Zong, Telenor and Other Networks' Internet USB Modems
In Pakistan, Zong, Telenor and some other networks are providing 2G/EDGE USB dongles
which can be used to access the Internet. The modems are restricted to accept the concerned
network's SIMs only. Those modems can also be unlocked by this tool. Select your model from
the list, unlock it according the procedure we discussed earlier and after successful unlocking,
you can use SIMs from all networks in your device.
These were some common devices which can be unlocked using DC Unlocker. This tool unlocks
some other products also which can be unlocked by the same procedures as discussed above.
Select manufacturer of your device, connect your device with invalid SIM to your computer and
