      Wellcare Oil Tools Pvt. Ltd. welcomes you to its state-of-art of designing
and manufacturing of Float Equipment & primary cementing products.
Wellcare has developed a complete line of float equipment and cementing
accessories those have been proven around the world to meet the demanding
requirements of our customers.

       Wellcare’s products are designed, manufactured, tested and inspected
at its manufacturing facility. In-house test facilities allow Wellcare to test the
products as per Industry standards. Additional testing simulation also carried
out in an environment with extreme conditions.

      At Wellcare the use of electronic design media and 3D modeling allows
for precise and quick designs to be produced so as to meet unique and timely
requirements for our customers.

       Many of the Wellcare’s products have been designed to meet specific
customer requirements resulting in new or improved products for use under
difficult well conditions. As a result of such interactions unique products for
use in high operating temperatures, at high pumping rates, in different
standard fluids and highly deviated wells are now produced.

       Wellcare utilizes current leading edge technologies in the manufacture
and inspection of all products. Computer controlled machining, computer
controlled heat treatment, and automated production equipment and
computerized inspection equipment ensure that the high standards demanded

Three Stage Cementing is used to place a long
column of cement about a weak zone. The ―WC-
SCZW3‖ Stage Collar is located a short distance
about the weak zone. The First Stage is
cemented by pumping cement up to the ―WC-
SCZW3‖ Collar. The ―WC-SCZW3‖ Collar is
then opened using the Trip Plug and then the
Second and Third Stages are cemented.

Continuous Two Stage Cementing

Continuous two stage cementing is employed
where there is a requirement to begin circulation
of the second stage immediately after first stage
cement has been displaced or where inclination
of the stage collar is such that the standard
opening bomb will not properly gravitate to the
opening seat in the stage collar. The latter
situation is often encountered in horizontal and
highly deviated wells for two stage cementing.
The procedure for performing continuous stage
cementing requires a Flexible By-Pass Plug
used in front of the First stage cement. First

bristles. Each bristle is made of hardened &
tempered wire with two scratching elements.
Available in the size range 4 ½ ‖ to 20‖ these
scratchers improve the cement bond between
the casing and porous formations while
reinforcing the cement column.


Wellbore Wipers
MODEL: WC-SCWW (WC-41101)

Consisting of loop wire cables of tempered
steel laced into a collar, these wipers clean the
well bore efficiently by permitting removed
filter cake to pass, thereby providing excellent
reinforcement to the cement column especially
under close spacing.
Available in size range 4 ½ ‖ to 20
