 Inspect facilities and equipments to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type of
operation and maintenance personnel needed:
o In the Pre-opening all Fields monitoring and short out snag list of problematic equipment’s.
o Communicating with department heads regarding their programs as it pertains to the physical plant.
o Keeping all mechanical, electrical and structural blue prints and diagrams up to date, maintaining library
of Spair part list, maintenance manuals, reference books and catalogues.
o Maintain P.F. monitoring The APFC Panel.
 Direct all phases of the physical plant (internal and outside contracted maintenance, repairs or renovations) to
ensure premises are maintained in a neat, clean and orderly fashion and facilities are maintained in a safe and
efficient operational condition:
o Delegating duties and supervising work.
o Scheduling preventive maintenance programs maintain all sheets.
o Scheduling repairs on condition based or timely manner.
o Operating and monitoring the STP system Taken maintain the parameters.

o Operating Servicing and monitoring diesel fire pump (129 Hp)

o Preparing equipment’s for seasonal changes.

o Physically checking working area progress.
