DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect facilities and equipments to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type of
operation and maintenance personnel needed:
o In the Pre-opening all Fields monitoring and short out snag list of problematic equipment’s.
o Communicating with department heads regarding their programs as it pertains to the physical plant.
o Keeping all mechanical, electrical and structural blue prints and diagrams up to date, maintaining library
of Spair part list, maintenance manuals, reference books and catalogues.
o Maintain P.F. monitoring The APFC Panel.
