Terms And Conditions:
Level Professional Fee (Rs.)
For Any Fresher candidate Rs. 3000/- (Per Candidate).
For Any Experienced, bellow Rs. 300000/- (Annual Gross CTC) 5 % of Annual Gross CTC.
For Any Experienced, more than Rs. 300000/- (Annual Gross CTC) 7 % of Annual Gross CTC.
Charges
General
# Blue Tit Online Services on receipt of job profile received from CLIENT will send the
resumes as per the profile match within 3 working days. In the event, the matched
profile is not available the same would be communicated to CLIENT.
# Blue Tit Online Services shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the suitable
candidates are sent for an interview to the CLIENT.
# Blue Tit Online Services will make arrangement to keep informed the candidates and
advice him/ her to appear for an interview as per the interview schedule by the CLIENT.
It would be the sole responsibility of Blue Tit Online Services to inform the candidate
about the interview and to ensure that candidate appears at interview on the said date
and time as specified by the CLIENT.

Terms And Conditions (Continue):
# CLIENT in the event of change in interview schedule including venue will keep
the Blue Tit Online Services informed at least a day in advance. # In the event of
CV which is already available with the CLIENT, the same shall be intimated to
the Blue Tit Online Services on the same day.
# If candidate joined in your organization who has called for interview from our
placement by you then you have to give us the joining details (offer/appointment
letter & bond) of the candidate for raise the bill.
# The candidate who has got interview call from Blue Tit Online Services for your
organization & If he/she has not get selected at that time, but in near future
(within 12 months) If that candidate get selected & joins your organization then
we will raise the bill as per our placement charges.
# All sent resumes are property of Blue Tit Online Services. CLIENT can’t
introduce the same to another third party, who engage the candidate on full time
basis or as a contractor, the CLIENT agrees and undertakes to pay the placement
Charges.

Terms And Conditions (Continue):
Modes Of Payment
• We should receive invoice payment within 15 days from the date of candidate
joining the organization.
• We should receive payment within one month.
• Payments should be made by Demand draft / cheque/NEFT, in favour of Blue Tit
Online Services payable at Cuttack, Odisha.
• Due to unforeseen reason if an absorbed candidate leaves the organisation
within 02 months of the date of joining our commitment is to do provide 01 for
replacement against that candidate within 01 month time. If Blue Tit Online
Services is not successful in providing the replacement within the stipulated time,
the payment would be compensated only against the charges for the placement of
candidates for other positions.
