• Responsible for general administrative operations of the Councillor’s office. Ensured the
Councillor was relieved of all administrative detail as it related to the day-to-day running of the
office. Accomplished this with minimal training.
• Reviewed and distributed incoming mail, faxes, emails and telephone inquiries to the appropriate
staff member. Handled general enquiries or referred to other members of the Councillor’s staff or

2. • Performed the migration of data from Income Manager to Digital Cheetah. Managed Digital
Cheetah on a daily basis; maintaining membership database, sending out newsletters and
mass mailings easier and faster than in Microsoft Outlook.
• Initiated the automation of the credit card deposit process using Digital Cheetah such that these
were deposited on-line directly into the bank account, which produced a number of administrative
efficiencies and improved accuracy over the previous manual process using Income Manager.
• Key participant with event management. Created invitations, prepared PowerPoint slide shows,
formatted and printed material ensuring that all administrative materials were complete and
brought on site. Collected fees, meal preferences and RSVPs for major events, ensuring that
every aspect of the event ran smoothly.

League’s events.
• Reformatted and standardized The Junior League of Toronto’s yearbook. This eliminated the
disorganized and inconsistent formatting and made the book easier to use and reduced

line. This produced automatic confirmations and facilitated carpooling.
• "Keynotes" (JLT newsletter) was published 8 times per year. Prepared labels, stamps and
