Matts role is to drive the Recruitment and Resourcing strategy / agenda at G4S Plc. With primary responsibility in the EMEA Matt works closely with HR, Talent, marketing/comms and IT stakeholders to improve recruitment process, technology and best practise. Matt is instrumental in the selection and implementation of ATS providers and recruitment technology solutions as well as developing the Social Recruiting Strategy for G4S.
