A decade of writing-and-editing experience in Media and Information Technology. Played roles that centered creating and managing technical content. Current responsibilities include creating and updating product documentation. Some of the past accomplishments include speaking at the STC India Annual Conference on Information Design and Technical Communication, contributing to the annual newsletter (See Publication section for details) and mentoring at the National Institute of Design on the Information Design course.
