Les Services industriels de Genève (SIG) sont une entreprise suisse de distribution de services
de proximité. Elle est au service de 250 000 clients sur le canton de Genève et fournit l'eau,
le gaz, l'électricité et l'énergie thermique. Elle traite les eaux usées, valorise les déchets et
propose des services dans les domaines des télécommunications et des services énergétiques.
Les Services Industriels de Genève ont sélectionné JPL Informatique SA afin de réaliser une solution
Basé sur le portail SharePoint 2010 pour la gestion des déménagements/emménagements des genevois : DECLIC.
Le projet DECLIC vise à optimiser la relation clients pour les Services Industriels de Genève. Les
premiers processus mis en place dans ce projet sont : déménagement et emménagement des
genevois. Ces processus sont gérés par une solution Business Process Management intégrée complétement dans SharePoint 2010.
Les clients peuvent faire leurs demandes sur un site front SharePoint (portail web). Les demandes seront
reçues et traitées par le Service Client dans un autre site SharePoint back. Des notifications mail et SMS informent les clients continuellement de l’avancement de traitement des demandes.

Customers are constantly notified about the progress of their requests with emails/SMS sent.
Reduce the number of requests manual handling by SIG employee (Clients Service).
Manage a big number of requests (1300 requests per month).

Authentified and unauthentified customers deal with the system
