The relationship assistant is part of the new Embedded intelligence suite of features. The assistant keeps an eye on your daily actions and communications, and generates a collection of action cards that are displayed prominently throughout the application to provide tailored, actionable insights.
Auto Capture: Looks for messages to or from relevant email addresses in your inbox, and presents you with the relevant messages right in Dynamics 365. You can track any of the suggested messages in Dynamics 365 to make them available to your sales team (read more here)
Email Engagement: A widespread problem for sellers is not knowing whether a prospect or customer has read the email, quote or proposal that was sent out. In addition to knowing if customers are even paying attention, sellers want to know the right time to follow up, answer questions and close the deal. Now you’ll be able see when your email was opened, how many times, and if the recipient opened an attachment.
Customer Insights: Azure-based SaaS service
Text Analytics API: Detect sentiment, key phrases, and language from your text
Looks at emails that are not currently tracked in Dynamics 365. From, Opportunity Contact, Stakeholders, Contact at an Organisation.
Emails might be relevant. You are the only person to see that email.
Now you have the capability to track email interactions. Email Statistics are visible in Dynamics 365 like Opens, Clicks, Attachment Views and Device information
Email Engagement Preview will stop updating statistics for followed email starting on 3rd May 2018
General Availability with July update for Dynamics 365 (online) version 9.0
To continue using email engagement after May 3, 2018, please upgrade your Dynamics 365 organization to 9.0. Relationship Insights features will be included in the Sales and P1 SKUs.
