Established in the early ‘70s, LWC pioneered
Architectural Precast Concrete and GFRC Facades in
SE Asia. For over 30 years, LWC has maintained its
leadership position in architectural precast industry by
providing complete turn-key service to the developers,
contractors and architects.
LWC specializes in custom-designed precast claddings
that are tailored made to meet the architect’s design
intents, particularly, on off-mould concrete with colors
and textures that are unique to their projects.
LWC offers Design, Manufacture and Installations as a
complete package. The single – source responsibility
provides a clear-cut definition of responsibility and
liability.
Capitalizing on its experience around the region involving
off-mould finishes, LWC has undertaken concrete
projects that are unique and difficult to achieve. The
majority of these projects involve finishes with a high
level of architectural detailing and unique colors or
textures. Examples of these projects include the
restoration of the former City Hall and Supreme Court,
both classified as national monuments in Singapore.

As an Architect in the San Francisco office of HOK,
Jay was responsible for the Design and Contracts
Documentation phases of several commercial and
institutional projects in the Bay Area, California.
Bechtel International
San Francisco (1984 – 1985)
As an Architect, Jay worked for Bechtel International
in San Francisco on an International Airport project in
Saudi Arabia.
For over 25 years, Jay has been promoting custom
made precast concrete façades to the developers,
architects and contractors in this part of the world. Jay
is privileged to have worked with many renowned
architects such as Moshe Safdie , WOHA and
Thomas Heatherwick delivering precast concrete /
GRC projects that satisfy their most stringent design
requirements.
Due to Jay’s unique background, he is able to bring
benefits to the developers and their teams by
developing customized solutions tailored made to
meet architect’s unique design requirements and yet
economical to build at the same time.
