Benefits for Developers
Boost return on investment
In the City of Vancouver, including two-way carsharing in their plans can save developers
more than $140,000 in construction costs per Modo vehicle deployed on site through parking relaxations.
Solve parking issues
Two-way carsharing vehicles take 9 to 13 vehicles off city streets and can replace a family vehicle (or second
vehicle), reducing demand for parking in the neighbourhood.
Add value for residents
Carsharing can be marketed to potential residents as a value-added amenity — like fitness facilities or
stainless steel appliances.
In addition to being a
marketable amenity, you
can engage with residents
through vehicle selection
either online or at your sales
centre.
Enhance your residents’
experience by offering
vehicles that align with your
developments and their
lifestyle.
Take advantage of our
exclusive Modo option,
wrapped with your brand
and only shared with staff,
or residents, or even VIPs.

and residents?
3. How soon can we confirm the carsharing program and communicate details to
stakeholders?
4. How can we best integrate carsharing as an amenity into our marketing and sales
strategy?
5. What’s the best way to educate our marketing and sales teams on the benefits of
carsharing to include in their pitches?
