2. Natural Healing
In my Natural Healing Series I am exploring and discussing the many ways a person
can use natural methods for healing. Throughout this series I am also putting an
emphasis on “doing your own research.” Also, research with individual and direct
feedback from your regular doctor. This is important because what works for me in
my situation, simply may not work you, it may not be an interest for you, it may not be a
wellness goal for you. Find out what will work for you, and your situation.
My goal is to have a healthy mind, body, and soul/spirit. Meaning I intentionally want to
have and live a healthy life with a practice of daily rituals of natural healing methods
that consist of exercise/jogging, meditation, and yoga. Also, including my eating habits
consisting of a vegetarian, and/or vegan lifestyle. Which is based on my own research
(with the help of doctors) the best for my digestive system. Also, relating to my physical
health I want to have a medicine free body, a system that is clean and healthy. So, I have
researched and came to the conclusion eating raw garlic daily as a practice has been a
big factor in keeping my body healthy, clean, and free of medicine.

Walking
● Walking 30 minutes regulates blood
pressure, and prevents shortness of
breath.
● Walking 45 minutes can build and
tone muscles, and prevent muscle
loss.
● Walking 30 minutes can promote
weight loss, improve metabolism, and
build lean muscle mass.
Jogging
● Jogging builds the immune system.
● Jogging can reduce mental stress.
● Jogging can improve bone strength.
● Jogging can promote weight loss.
● Jogging can clear your mind, and
keep the mind healthy.
