Hi, my name is Paul Russell. I’d like to introduce you to 3sixty.
None of us are perfect. We all have things we’re good at, and things we could work on.While we like to think we know our strengths and weaknesses, a little constructive feedback goes a long way.Companies often systematically collect feedback from their customers, why don’t we do this as individuals?3sixty makes It easy to gather, store and analyse anonymous feedback from the people we work with.Users collect feedback either by sending feedback request e-mails to their team, or by adding a feedback link to their e-mail signature. The feedback is then collated and stored online, allowing users to examine and analyse it at their leisure, as well as using it to support their annual or six monthly review. But getting good, anonymous feedback is just the start. We’ve got a long roadmap of features we want to build to make us the best way to help everyone in the world realise their full potential.
We’re currently a bootstrapping business, so early revenue is a pretty important goal.In the short term, we’re looking to launch 3sixty Pro, which amongst other things will allow freelancers, contractors, and anyone else that wants to show verifiable social proof of their capability build a public portfolio of their feedback. In the medium term, we’ll launch 3sixty Team, allowing employers to get in on the action, supporting employee mentoring and formal review.
Of course, all startups have to have a big hairy audacious goal. Ours is data.A few years down the line, we hope to have the worlds most accurate view of who is good at what, and what values people subscribe to.
We’re targetting the LinkedIn demographic. 250m professional users who care enough about their careers to develop an online profile. We’re pretty different to LinkedIn though. We’re not trying to be a social network per se. We don’t believe in CVs, online or otherwise. We’re also pretty different to all the existing 360 degree feedback and performance platforms out there, which focus on the needs of the employer rather than the employee. We want to help people develop across their entire careers, not just a single job. Allowing them to build up an extensive portfolio of feedback, and carry that from job to job, company to company and even career to career.
If you’re interested in working with me to build the future, please come and say hi in the demo pit.
