LAWYERS OFFICE ( My
own office and practice )
In the 2 years of pupillage I managed to
build a great base of clients (individuals
and corporations) due to my success as a
young but smart and highly motivated
lawyer. My master agreed to my
proposition, that all the clients I had in the
2 years of pupillage would remain mine
and follow me to in my own office and
practice.
In my own office and practice I continued
my work, and extended my practice to
COURTS and COURTS OF APPEAL from
Romania and higher Prosecution Services.
In criminal cases I defended my clients in
several murder; rape; illegal traffic of
-alcohol, - cigarets, - humans; burglary,
robbery, all kind of injuries, money forgery,
fraud, preventive arrest and many other
cases including in appeals. I wrote to the
President for individual pardon, for
convicted people.
In commercial law I did advise my clients
about their legal rights and responsibilities,
and represented them Courts, in any
claims against the Government, other
peoples, corporations, N.G.O.-s, N.P.O.-s
and others: Also I advise my clients of
their rights and responsibilities to the
Government to avoid any fines or
prosecution. I did write their most important
contracts and other documents. I wrote all
the documents and did the paperwork and
procedures in establishing new
corporations.
In family law, divorce cases, spousal
support, child custody, child support,
distribution of property, and division of
debt.
In civil law all kind of right and claims
regarding money and debt; house and land

2. All COURTS from Romania
3. All COURTS OF APPEAL from Romania
4. It is only one High Court of Cassation and Justice in Romania and I have right of audience

6. Relevant Experience
Please give full details of your practice to date and how you feel it has prepared you for
practice as a barrister in England & Wales. In particular, please give details of any
advocacy experience, including the range of courts in which you have appeared, the
frequency with which you have done so and over what period of time.
Since April, 2008 I appear daily in Courts usally having more than one case per day,
and sometimes in different Court, and/or in different City. It is not unusual to have 5 or
more cases a day.
When I help my fellow lawyers ( avocat ), my work in Court increases whit 3-4
or more cases per day.
Since April 2010 as I wrote above, I have my own office and practice, one of the best in
my region.
I also have clients from other regions of Romania, and from other Coutrys like
Hungary, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Australia, U.S.A. and of course the U.K.
My clients from U.S.A., Australia, U.K., Italy and Germany had legal issues to
be solved in Romania, in front of the Courts, Public Notary, Police, City Council,
Prosecution Services.
I do my best and speak whit each of my clients in his own language. Finally,
learning a lot of foreign languages serves me well.
Whit my clients from Austria, Germany and Swiss I speak german, whit
Hungarian clients speak Hungarian ( which is my native languge ), Romanian clients
speak whit me in Romanian, whit English speaking clients we speak in English, Spanish
speaking speak whit me in Spanish, and whit Italian speaking clients, I speak in Italian.
Whit all the rest I speak in English or German, depending which language is preffered by
the clients.
Speaking a lot of foreign languages and having clients from all over the world
prepared me ( even if only in part ) for practice as a barrister in England & Wales.
Of course I know that for a successful practice as a barrister I have to learn werry much,
but that is no problem for me.
Please continue on a separate sheet if required

6. 7. Practice as a Barrister
Please explain why you wish to join the Bar of England & Wales and your intentions
regarding practice. Please also provide particulars of any previous application you may
have made for admission to the Bar.
In my life I always tried to be the best, but success came only whit a lot of
sacrifice, learning, dedication, passion, will power and most important the help
from God.
Before I went to law school I was seriously thinking to apply to Med
School ( I was always fascinated of surgery, and the power of those extraordinary
doctors who can actually save the life of someone). I love to sing and according to
others I am good at it. My desire to be a priest was the strongest in the High
School period. I went to a special High School in which we were prepared for
admission to the theology. I learned latin, and pretty much everything what a
priest should know. In my last year in High School I got interested in law, and the
life and work of the lawyers ( barristers ).
I think being a lawyer is my destiny. I went to law school to became a lawyer.
In 2008 April I was accepted to the Bar, and since then I realized almost
every dream I had. I have my own practice since 2010 April, and I love my work. I
think you can be the best for a long time, only if you love and are passionate about
your work.
Regarding my wish to join the Bar of England & Wales, I think that now this
way is the only logical one for me as a person and lawyer. I achieved everything in
proffesion in my Country. I have clients from all over the world, and every one of them
suggested that I should extend my practice to other Countries.
I was always fascinated about the British Empire, its values and of course the
legal system.
Since I learned everything I could learn regarding the law in my home
Country, I have my own practice, and I won everything, I think it is time for me to
change.
I always thought, that the only way to be at the top, is a constant learning
and putting in practice new ideas well ahead the competition.
From my friends only two lawyers I know ( they were Senators also ) have tried
to join the Bar in other Countries, ( they went to Budapest Bar ). I think for me to be
accepted to the Bar of England & Wales, it would be a new start and the opportunity to
mesure myself against the best from the best.
In my life I never intended to take the easy way, this is why I wish to practice as
a Barrister.
I love being in Court, where I am relaxed, I do not have any problems
whatsoever. My secret is knowing procedure very well. I won many cases only on
procedure.
I intend to work in England as a Barrister, represent my clients in Courts. For
me, the most important thing is to defend my clients in Court. Only there I feel alive and it
represents the main reason I became a lawyer.
For me is not important if I will work for the the biggest law firms, or something
smaller, even my own practice, I know I will succeed.
I always was a client oriented lawyer, helping people is my purpose and saying
the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth made me one the most succesfull and
loved lawyers. I intend to continue to do so all my life.

7. 8. Exemptions from the Aptitude Test
If you are seeking any exemptions from the Aptitude Test, please give details and any
observations you may wish to make in support of such an application.
I would seek exemption from the Aptitude Test. In support of this application I wish to tell
that I work as a qualified lawyer in my home Country since 2008, and I have rights of
audience in all JUDICIAL ( Courts), all COURTS, all COURTS OF APPEAL and High
Court of Cassation and Justice from Romania.
I worked in thousands of cases.
In criminal cases I defended my clients in several murder; rape; illegal traffic of -alcohol,
- cigarets, - humans; burglary, robbery, all kind of injuries, money forgery, fraud,
preventive arrest and many other cases including in appeals. I wrote to the President
for individual pardon, for convicted people.
In commercial law I did advise my clients about their legal rights and responsibilities, and
represented them Courts, in any claims against the Government, other peoples,
corporations, N.G.O.-s, N.P.O.-s and others: Also I advise my clients of their rights and
responsibilities to the Government to avoid any fines or prosecution. I did write their most
important contracts and other documents. I wrote all the documents and did the
paperwork and procedures in establishing new corporations.
In family law, divorce cases, spousal support, child custody, child support, distribution of
property, and division of debt.
In civil law all kind of right and claims regarding money and debt; house and land
ownership disputes; contract cancellation taken to court.
If we take into consideration my experience and the many years I worked as a lawyer,
my present request can be resolved favorabile.
